Yep I spent a bit of time with him earlier on today.... and he is ridiculous as you say... you dont even need to charge his whatnot in PVE...
Im dreading meeting a good player with him in PVE.

And that rocket ride perk thats makes it go on forever if your are getting kills lol

Anyway yes he seems a bit strong 😃
