@Sammichu I wish there was. If this is the one that was at the pier in zombie town center, it took me several hours as well. Just starting a skirmish in that area is a puzzle of logistics due to the low number of plants available and high number required for skirmish. I used the area near the rose, drawing in all the plants from the nearby areas to get one started but the required boss was a long time in showing up. Only one I had a such a struggle with.
