@Sammichu In Plants Town Centre, the Foot Solider Elusive Champion, Pack Rat, once appeared almost instantly when I entered the sewers, and I managed to vanquish him. But most of the other elusives took a while to spawn in. I think all you can do is be patient. Also, I'm pretty sure shared vanquishes count towards the vanquish and medals for the elusives.
@TheSprinter85Pack rat and fantastico (foot soldier and 80s elusives for town center plants) spawn in specified locations (fantastico seems to be 100% spawn rate and he spawns near the bridge that goes towards the mountain, just go to the bridge then go right, meanwhile packrat isn't a 100% spawn rate, but it's still fairly high, just visit the sewers once in a while and chances are he'll be there), squiddy just spawns in randomly when battling in pressure pier, which is what made squiddy difficult to find for me and many others, just wish popcap would make elusives a little less "elusive", I'm willing to bet some of the younger players have 49/50 medals on some campaigns as well for this reason.
Also @TLEsquire @spIash_damage ...where exactly is the taco place? Do you mean one of the buildings with signs on them? Or do you mean a place where you can farm tacos? I'm sorry for sounding a little bit dumb but maybe a screenshot of the area and the part of the map you're in would help?
I think they mean the "Uno Taco" place in the town centre... where you do the Boss Sensei fight 🙂
Start a skirmish battle thingy about there.
Note: they have already made the elusive foe less elusive in one of the updates ages ago.... if you think its bad now you should have experienced it then... hours and hours and hours people spent trying to complete maps with elusive foe. For us it was the Imp in Mount Steep... literally a whole day 😃😃

I'm pretty sure this is where the taco place is. It has the Cacti on top of it. Try starting skirmishes there he's bound to spawn sooner or later.
@chogath_playerWell uh, I fought around a different place, with an uno taco sign instead of the full building, and finally big hurtle spawned, here's the location I'm talking about. Fought a bunch of enemies around there and when hurtle spawned I crater maker'd him, he deserved it for causing me more trouble than squiddy. 😃
Also, ignore the "Ray JS Video" username, I got the image for the map off google images and forgot to crop it out, lol.
