Re: Balancing? More like "Screw Zombies."

Just no.

The zombie soldier class counterpart is the peashooter. Same hp. Soldier can annihilate it.

Corns counterpart is All Star. I don't know where you all are getting that from! All Star is a beast and a tank when used properly.

Also look at Engineer outclassing Rose. Scientist outclassing Sunflower. Pirate outclassing Cactus. Lmfao!

Y'all are Zombie crybabies and don't think things through. Thank God the devs stopped listening to the community or we'd have Zombies being so overpowered

    Let's look here

Counter parts in this game are, if you look by abilities and weapons

Engineer and Peashooters since both are siegers, same abilities sort of and weapons

Citron and All-Star since both are assault ranks

Corn and Foot Soldier since both have similiar weapons and abilities are supposed to be frontlines

Chomper and Super Brainz since both are melee

Cactus and Pirate since both have drones and sniper weapons

Sunflower and Scientist since both can heal and revive fast

Imp and Rose since both in battle are support if anything

In this first game, if anything, zombies were underpowered

    Why?

Plants had the chili bean bomb, zombies did not

Plants had an insta kill vanquish class, zombies did not

Plants had a superior healer, with a heal beam zombies did not have, and the scientists never even bothered to share their mega heal bombs when it was released.

Plants had a dedicated sniper, zombies at best zombies had the camo ranger

Garden and Graveyard maps were mostly peashooters spamming hyper to the point and planting sombrero bean bombs.  I am not including the potato mine and spikeweed layering the point.

Oh, but Zombies had the SCIENTIST, which I don't even understand why people even complain about him.  Sunflower has an easy control weapons good at all ranges in comparison and a solar flare beam.  Regular scientist does 70 damage at close range and everyone complains about the marine biologist and chemist who do 36-50 at close range.

Compared to the Sunflower, he is the worse healer.  And he is screwed at range, oh, he does well at close range, so does chomper and brainz.   Thing called a shotgun.

You were most likely one of those people who defended Rose when she was overpowered to the point where the game wasn't even fun.  I am sure you would've liked it back then, where the Imp was always getting destroyed as well and entire games were the zombie side were goats.

    But please, let's look here

Scientist beats Sunflower at close range, sunflower beats Scientist at any other range that isn't point-blank

Engineer beats Rose if she doesn't jump around and stuns her first, Rose beats Engineer if she jumps around with her higher mobility and her two stuns and invincibility mode.  Do I also have to mention Rose doesn't have to aim as much and has a higher DPS?

Pirate does less long range damage than Cactus, so Cactus would win.  And at close range, you know potato mines exist and cactus can hipfire her sniper shots unlike the Pirate.

Please, when will you people realize the Pirate was meant to be a close range and long range character.

Also how is Corn supposed to be the bloody All-Star, that is saying the Foot Soldier should be equal to Citron....

ScreenhogRsnail: you literally complain in every single topic about unbalance. God good do you even have fun with this game?!

    This community is so toxic

Imp Punt doesn't have the same radius or damage though.  And All-Stars couldn't really spam it as easy as Peashooter since they are close to the garden and they have hyper to get quickly to points.  But yeah.

I personally don't like it when the entire other team is Frozen Citron and I can't even engage them unless I want to get stun locked.  These balance changes have some really bad additions.  Corn will now totally out class the Foot Soldier in almost every way and All-Star is going to be nerfed when Citron got buffed out of all things.  Whenever zombies get buffed, you start 'complaining', and whenever plants get buffed, you defend it to the end.  I honestly can't take you seriously.  Calling this community 'toxic' won't help.  People like you are why we can't get along.

You are blind if you didn't see that zombies were overpowered after the Rose nerf (she definitely needed it!)

Fine, buff every single zombie class. Durrr durrrrrr duuuurrrrrr.

I'll still have fun and not need to complain in every topic

Don't worry guys. Corn buffs will not help plants anyway.
They need to buff Corn's average player skill to fix that 🤔

    @xXFrozenChromeXx

I seriously think the average Corn player needs a 500 HP character with a DPS of 700 to be credit to team.

Let me guess, you were a Rose player before the nerf, and an electro brainz player, and now a frozen citron.

Wow, people like you are why we can't have fun.

I'm not any type of a "certain character" player. Wtf? I switch to different variations once I finish maxing. Who does that?! Lmaooooo!

No wonder you complain. You probably play zombies all the time, constantly team switching to them.

You are the one saying you have fun during these horrid overpowered variant spamfests, so you are most likely playing as them.  I've seen you always complain zombies being overpowered, I bet if the entire zombie team didn't even do damage, you'd still complain because they have better cosmetics or something.  In fact, whenever a variant is overpowered, I usually switch to the team that gets the short end.  During Rose, I played mostly zombies, during Electro Brainz, I played mostly plants.  It helps build skill, but it is still unfair.  I highly doubt you even know what balance is besides "buff plants, nerf zombies".  It is a two way thing.  Frozen Citron and Citron should be reverted and all-star should be unchanged.  Again, around 500 damage with one magazine is stupid.
