If you only want to get customisations, their is no better pack than the 7.5k one. Like every pack, it has 2 consumables, but it also contains 3 cosmetics. That means that you get a customization for 2,5k coins, compared to the 5k from the 15k packs or the 5k coins from the 35k packs. The only downright is that you won't get a lot of super rare customizations, you will only get them after you've earned almost all the common, uncommon and rare items.
