Citron hard-counters this upgrade because when he pulls out his shield, he blocks both of his attacks and he is immune to the Crowd Control because of it as long if you are aiming the shield directly at him.

There are seven other plants that counter the upgrade in their own ways (believe it or not) which I will explain if you people want me to.
