Re: Cant connect to EA Servers?!

@Lion_Winz Hi, I've seen some similar reports recently and I'm trying to gather some info. Can you try downloading the FIFA 17 demo and play a match, then see if this has any effect on GW.

    hi, I tried to download FIFA 17 demo to solve the same problem with PVZ garden warfare, but there is no option to download the fifa 17 demo in PS4 playstation store.

    But I do have the same thing if you guys can solve. Once inserted the disc, open the application, on the main menu it will show "you have lost your connection to the EA servers, you will be unable to access any online features until you reconnect." meanwhile, on the top left it shows "Gameplay recording paused because you entered blocked scene." then it will show again  "Gameplay recording resumed because you exited blocked scene".

    You have to connect your PS NETWORK account to your EA account.

    If you don't have an EA account, go to help.ea.com to set one up BEFORE following the steps below.

    To attach your PSN NETWORK account to your EA account, follow the directions below:

    -Go to ea.help.com

    -Top right: If you are signed in, click "sign out"

    -Click "sign in" again...wait

    -Below the EA sign in boxes, click the "PS NETWORK" button

    -Sign in with the PS NETWORK login info that you wat to attach and click "next" (or whatever it says to progress)

    -Next page, sign in with your EA login info and click "next" or "connect" (or whatever it says to progress)

    -Wait about 5 minutes for the systems to catch up

    Use Google on a PC and go to EA's demo for FIFA 17. You should see an option to send it to your PS4 download Q.

    A better explanation! What I did was a google search for FIFA 17 demo. It will take you to the demo download page and eventually you will see a link to download for PS4. As long as you have a origin account set up and the email address associated with it is the same as the one for your play-station account it will automatically download on your PS4. Therefore it will link the accounts and you will be up and running. My kids are playing Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare1 now.

    @MadMaxWANG I am having this exact same issue. My grandson normally plays PVZ on my profile, but he asked me to make him his own. I went through all the motions of doing so, everything is verified.

    Logged him into his new profile on our ps5, put in the disc, load the game, and I get all the same error messages and game play recording blocked messages...again and again. I can't even get to the ea log in portion of the game to add his new ea account info. 😒
