I play on Xbox One and it only seems to be one person normally on the opposing team. It doesn't happen every match so I'm not sure what the issue is.
Community AdminOh dear, it sounds like there may be issues with your system. If you're getting odd graphical artifacts on screen this indicates you're overheating or are having issues with the console's internal graphics card.
