Re: The only way to change the age is to reinstall the app.
Well, that's pathetic. What happens if someone gets older after they install the app?
Re: If you're not signed into an account though any progress will be lost.
How to do you sign in to an "account" in the app on a cell phone? How can I tell if I'm signed in? Does this tell me?
home page -> gear (upper right) -> Settings -> Username
(where the Username is the account who I'm signed in as?)
Re: If you are signed into an account you won't be able to change the age manually.
Are you saying:
- If I'm signed into an account, I can change the age automatically?
- And/or, if I'm not signed into an account, I can change the age manually and/or automatically?
Thanks in advance

@BenjaminGSlade Each year the account will age up a year.
I don’t remember ever setting an age and now I can’t change? I’m old as the hills and can’t play multiplayer anymore and don’t want to lose my decks??
You can contact ea support and ask them to transfer your progress to a new account
- @warag11 How to contact
- @ssndksn well, i recommend you forget about changing your age ingame unless you make an entirely different account, ea support won't help.
But what if they just made an account so how do you add an account
How can we contact ea
so im on an ipad, (just so you know) and from what i heard, you can delete the app, then re-install it and it will save my progress but change my age? i have the "friends" feature disabled, but when i installed this game (a long time ago, maybe 2016-2017) i was able to use this feature, but now its disabled for younger people. anyway, im 7 years older now, and i do think i should be able to have that feature back. im not sure what the age limit is though. also, i know the post you gave is very old, but a response would still be nice. thanks!
