Are you still experiencing this issue?

If so, can you please try these steps?

1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher and Game Properties in your Library

2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

3. Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator

4. Close any Background Apps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/

5. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
