There isn't a cross play, sorry.
If we hear anything about this changing we'll of course let folks know.
Thanks for the post.

That's certainly disappointing. It could be added later of course, Paladins added it fairly recently for example, but any game that has a large multiplayer focus would clearly benefit from adding cross-play.
It is a shame to see us customers ask about this every time EA releases a game and we already know the answer. EA titles will likely be the last to include a system like Epic Games Fortnite. A game that transfers content to all platforms just doesn't interest a big company like EA. Look at Apex for example. Very similar to Fortnite but will never compete due to the lack of effort put into customer recommendations. In the end we will fall for the EA brand again and again due to them owning most of the popular titles. It's a sad life honestly lol
Pleeaase David, let there be crossplay one day. I really want to play something with my friends that we all like
I know personally that my freinds are on pc but I am on ps4 and I'm not sure if I'm going to buy the game if I'm not able to play with them
it will increase the overall player count and it will be great for people with friends on other platforms, this will increase the copies sold and the game dies way less fast
I also feel that it would be a great feature for the new game considering that some classes you need multiple people for in this game so crossplay you can use your pc freinds to do those characters

PC will be dead in a year if there is no cross play. In today's day and age there is no reason that any game such as this that depends a lot on an online community should not be cross play.
Sure there is, nobody wants to play with PC hackers.

Exactly this, all I ever see about gw 1 and 2 on pc are constant posts about hackers using bosses and 1 hit kills. I don't want any part of that on console.
If they deal with the hackers and so far after they fixed that team swap issue I haven't seen any of any kind in BfN on PC, cross-play is good for the health of the game long-term. Plus if people were hacking the outcry over it would affect everyone so they'd have to deal with it more effectively.
With the New Call of Duty being cross platform maybe EA will get on the bandwagon. I'd love to play Apex with other systems. Plus PvZ doesn't have a lot of player base for longtime on PC. I had trouble finding matches back in the summer.
Maybe in the future cross play could be added, hopefully.
You dont get it. If enough players would experience cheating (NOT HACKING), then they would have to adress it and insert proper anticheat. How do you think any shooter game on pc platform survive? It just takes time and effort. Any popular title that survive get rid of this problem by time. Not entirely since it is a endless struggle, but enough to make it a minor problem.
One example is Apex. In first season and 2 other times, the new cheating software gave the game a influx of cheaters. Then the developers have fought this constantly banning hundred of tousands and now you very rarely see anyone cheating. Same story about Battlefield 1.
So crossplattform would mean that the cheating would get much more attention and something EA could no longer ignore and it would just mean a much larger player community and more fun for al in the end.
please add it though.
