Re: disconnects during zombie games!!!!!

Odd, I haven't been experiencing this at all. It's strange that you're disconnecting from one side and not the other though.

Could try a power cycle?

- While the console is on, press and hold the console’s Xbox button for 5 seconds.
- The console will power down.
- Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the Xbox button.

I never have my Xbox one in "quick start" mode so every switch on is a reboot.

    Any more ideas?

  • I dont think a plain old reboot is the same as a power cycle, but its up to you what you want to try.

    Still no response??

This is totally ruining the game!!!

Come on EA or are you gonna refund me for this game seeing as it has become unplayable ☹️ .......Thought not!

  • If you're disconnecting, but no one else seems to be (based on the lack of people having the same issue as you) then my first assumption is that your connection to their servers is poor, and dropping out.

    • Check your NAT settings. (It's a long shot, but worth it, if it fixes the problem)
    • Check other games you have that have multiplayer online and see if those are suffering from any type of lag or disconnects. That will narrow the problem down to this game
    • Try playing a Garden Ops round where you are host. If you find yourself DC'd, then it has to do with the li between your servers and EA's. If instead you notice a ton of other players dropping in and out, there's a good chance that it's YOUR router or internet connection that's causing major problems, resulting in your troubles.

Also, I want to point out that throwing a fit by demanding a refund on a game because they haven't managed to help you yet is innapropriate, and childish.

I can't coonect to EA servers I've been having that issue but now today it's not letting me in at all. I tried reboot the xbox as we'll as the modem. Don't know what else to do but return a non playable game. If you don't believe me with even more reason I'll return the game.

If you're on Xbox One do a power cycle:

    1. While the console is on, press and hold the console’s Xbox button for 5 seconds.
    2. The console will power down.
    3. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the Xbox button.

Ok, I have NO problems on any other multiplayer, video streaming or anything else, it is just Garden Warfare.

I have a very stable 100 Meg connection with average pings of 3-10ms I am directly connected to my router and Nat settings are open, All tests on xboxone network are fine.

I did manage to play one whole game of graveyards yesterday as a zombie but just one lol

So as you can understand I am getting bloody annoyed!!

    any ideas?
