Re: EA servers for Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare is constantly disconnecting.

If its happening when you are in Garden Ops with friends also check your nat settings as well.  Make sure you are on wired connections instead of wireless can help as well.  

No where in this thread does it mention same console co-op (Splitscreen), it's all been refferring to Garden Ops, and it's peer hosting connectivity.

If you're running into an issue with Splitscreen, I suggest making a new thread as it sounds like it would be unrelated to this topic.

Update:

I did check everything you suggested and all is good there - no changes made.  I can honestly say that for the last 10 Garden Ops I've played in the last few days there has been no disconnect.  I did get stuck a few times and was expecting to get disconnected like before but it seemed to straighten itself out in about 30 seconds and I was able to move again. This happened in a hosted game as others were joining my game in wave 5 and 7.

I don't know if there was any connection but it always seemed the disconnect was more prevelant if we got the 3 diamonds in the zomboss slots.   I did not have the 3 diamonds in the last 10 games I've played.

There was however what appeared to be a total disconnect in the MP game I was playing - seemed the entire game went down.  I logged back in and there was only like 1 other person there but within a few minutes it was full game again.  We were at the garden right before the mansion.

I did jot down the msg,

you have been disconnected from psn and ea servers. you will be unable to access any online features until you sign in. please check your network connection and try again later.

Again... i know this happens from time to time in online games and I'd say out of the 100+ MP I've played in PvZ this has only happened once.

For the PSN disconnect, PSN has had issues all weekend so Im not surprised if people disconnected then

i have wired connention and i still get disconected

and also, is there a solution?! cos cos my NAT is open and my internet is wired but i still get disconected almost every game and its really really anoying 

I think I may have stumbled on the root cause and maybe the fix !

It all started when I got new Wifi devices in my house.

When I turned them all off (except PS3)  the issue went away !

So maybe it's my router but strange how my other games work fine so I still suspect EA.

Hello, when I start the game Plants vs. Zombies Garden varfaer on my playstation 3 sony problem "failed to connect to EA servers at this time. Check Connect network settings", please provide solutions to the problem! Internet connection is normal in the PSN included.

I'm reading the forum realized that this problem since prehistoric times, really nobody has solved this problem?

Same issue no matter if you use cable or Wireless !

Why do you continue to write this standard reply all the time ?

I also am experiencing this problem I hope they fix this bug tried logging out completely and that still docent work 

It's 2016 and the same issues as in 2014.  Find a lobby, EA server connection issue over and over and over again.  Seven to ten times before getting into a lobby only to have an EA server issue somewhere before the end of the game then back to the beginning.  I'm pretty sure if I was purchasing a micro-transaction within the game those server issues will not be a problem.  Almost three years and the same thing.....shame on you and your business practices.  Guess when you get your money it's screw the customer base.  Guess these very issues and the lethargic nature of remedying them is why the fine print has so much literature concerning lawsuits and litigation.  Losing faith in you fellows......

Btw I play the PC version of the game.
