Re: Error message when opening app

I've just about given up at this point. Looks like I'm going to playing a lot more Hearthstone.

    Zero tickets in the past two days. 😞

    I'm from Brazil... and I have the same freaking problem.

    XOnePanaArmyX on what Hearthstone servers do you play/whats your battletag ? We could play together....

    I’m not here to ruin your hearthstone fun but, the point is, there is an extremely popular game that is failing to work for many people, they need to get this fixed ASAP

    Hi, CM. Actually there's a lot of reasons to shout.

    Do you wanna a list??? I can give you:

    - Error connection.

    - Unable to receive tickets.

    - Can't enjoy the money I spent (not few).

    - Unable to receive stars.

    - Unable to play.

    - Unable to reach legendary league. (so close)

    - Fix on the next update (well, when?).

    - Of course we won't be compensated for this error.

    - Losing event cards (Will EA send what I missed back to me?)

    - Missing Daily Challenges (and of course, my pack of 7 days strike).

    - CM saying there's no reason to shout after all this and censuring you.

    All i wonder that community manager is just editing my replies and forgetting the main problem we are all facing.

    To be honest with you @EA_Darko all of us has his own temper and i've started to get it on max. As i love this game i dont wanna ask for refund of what i have spent on my accounts as it looks serious now and even developer dont give any update. Im afraid with this most of the people here would do the same. so please put it as high priority and link some one in charge to reply to us over this Forum.

    RaggedyCoot0286 I've only just started playing Hearthstone very recently. I'm on NA servers.
