@iluminatethesky ive deleted the cache, ive clean booted my pc, I repaired the game, I ran origin and the game as administrator,

Thanks for letting me know.
Have you also tried repairing the "Picnic" file in the EasyAntiCheat Setup?
Go to where you have Battle for Neighborville installed, open the EasyAntiCheat folder, and open the "EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe" File.
Select "Picnic" from the drop down box, and click Repair.
Before you do this, make sure you're fully closed out of Origin, including in Task Manager.
Then try running Origin as Administrator, and launching the game again.
