In what way is the game chat not working for you?
I'm always able to hear everyone with their Kinects, not knowing/caring that it's a microphone.

Not working in the same way It has not worked for most people since day 1. I see Icons and people's names appear when they talk, but I hear nothing. I also once had a lengthy conversation with someone playing on the other team.So yeah really bugged.
