Re: Game keeps crashing in Splitscreen PVP mode

@EA_David Hey, the system is a PS4 Pro! It's the error code below in the usual bluish screen:

"An error occured in the following application:
(CE-34878-0)
Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville"

I can even provide a screenshot or video if that helps, because it is so reproduceable.

    @b3njmn Thank you, unfortunately that's a generic error that just says the game crashed. 

    Have you noted any increase in the sound from your system's fans before the crashes happen? Perhaps there's an overheating issue. There are some steps on ventilation in a PS4 manual here.

    @primokimbelle That sounds like a rendering failure, again can I check if your system appears to be having any heating issues: https://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-one/console/ventilation

    Not that.  It's on it's own, nothing sitting on it, no issues playing myself. Just in split screen.

    @EA_David Thanks for the hint, but this is not the case.
    1) it happens always at the exact same moment: after the round, before the awards. Every time after 2 rounds. If there was a random issue like overheating, then also the game would crash radomly, wouldn't it?
    2) I know how to reproduce it, this also indicates that it is a specific Bug
    3) Like for @primokimbelle this only occurs in Split Screen pvp. Not in Split Screen campaign, not in PvP solo. Only in this specific mode at a defined point in time.

    So I am pretty sure there is no overheating or other issue with my hardware

    Indeed, it doesn't sound quite like regular overheating. 

    Do you use any accounts other than the 2 that are involved in the crash? If you try different accounts do you still reliably get the crash?

    @EA_David Hi, so something got better recently. The error still exists, but now after once after 4 and once after 5 rounds. And yes, I've also created 2 new accounts. I've only tried once and got the crash again after 4 rounds.

    @EA_David Thank you! It really looks like this was sorted out, no more issues since the patch!
