@iiiiiimikiiiiii Hey, if you're trying to run multiple devices off the same router to play at the same time you may need to enable Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) on your router. 

You can find more connectivity steps here, but I think the UPnP should be the main part. As for specifically how to do it, it'll depend on your router itself, but there should be a guide for most of the large manufacturers.
