Re: How does Snapdragon fire work?

@Sammichu I finished the SnapDragon challenges myself earlier.

There seems to be a simple random chance that a Zombie will ignite when exposed to any of the SnapDragon's fire attacks but I don't think that percentage is stated anywhere specifically.

This means that sometimes an enemy will ignite immediately and sometimes they won't at all, but in general if you are using Flameblower on enemies with higher health, like a Gargantuar, you'll almost certainly collect several ignitions to the total before that enemy is vanquished.

I ultimately wound up just doing solo Ops in Town Center without planting any pots and then just deliberately checked off most of the needed attacks over the 5 waves and then finished up by attacking the Gargantuar, Champions and Zombie Heroes scattered around Pressure Pier.

@realitysquared Yeah, that's my guess as well, cuz I was also having this same sort of rng stuff when I was doing the flare ball quest, would be nice to have the stats for snap's fire DOT though, so we can at least see how easy it is to ignite stuff. And yep, I did ops as well lol, but I always planted a heal flower just in case I got hurt too much and needed some help, got through all the snap quests after about 4 runs of ops, good stuff.
  • Chomper can see poisoned zombie's position by damage display, but Snapdragon can't see burning zombie's position because burning damage is not displayed, can he?

I want that Snapdragon can see burning damage, and to see zombies below 15 HP, low HP zombies still take only 1 burning damage continually.
