Re: How would I report a hacker/cheater in PVZGW2?

@RicoViking9000 -

That's great that you have documentation.  Bob has pointed you in the right direction.  If there was ever a section for reporting cheats here, it must have been long ago, as naming and shaming is specifically against the forum TOU.  I know you from the reddit, and hope that you get resolution on this.

If I remember correctly, EA is not allowed to provide you with the results of their investigation, unfortunately.  If you know anyone else who has also been affected by this player, please encourage them to report as well.  Multiple reports make the wheels turn faster.

    Thank you, I have done as Bob said. Yes, two years ago there was a private forum, like there is now apparently for games that don't allow you to report via the game itself - I have ticket information in my email from two years ago. Thank you for your kind treatment, which is consistently the case in the EA Forums.

    That's right, there were some fora for individual games that got merged in with this site at some point.  Before my time here, I think.

    And thank you for the compliment.  We try to maintain civility here.  Plus there are no "I don't like you" arrows to click on.

    I recall you pointing some of this out on Reddit @RicoViking9000 . We need to get these hackers out of our game so any time we can get this known to EA/PopCap is good so thanks for recording this and bringing it out in the open.
