alrighty, so after talking to my advisor yesterday - i received an email saying that the case was closed and to also contact help again >.<

 - after talking to my new advisor and dealing with the same thing and same problem i asked:

Advisor: - That is a good question as for pre-loading online games if there is no official announcement yet the pre-load will not proceed. As for Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare will be launched on the 26th.
 
me: - alright, it's a shame i can't pre-load it. i guess i'll just wait until it's officially released to avoid wasting your time and mine and probably headaches trying to figure out why it won't work.
 
me: - so, thank you for your help and your time.
 
Advisor: - Please do stay online I am working on a work around.
 
me: - sure
 
Advisor: - I can refund your order # ----------- Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare so you can have the option to re purchase Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare your money will be back after five to ten business days. :-)

me: - great, thank you. you've been greatly helpful. also, things tend to happen every now and then so it's ok. i'm just glad someone was able to help me with this little problem.

 - so after the refund and after buying the game again, i can now pre-load. it's been fixed. - hope this helps the few people that are also having this problem.
