Re: I can't start the game plants vs zombies battle for neighborville

Hi, I am having the same problem.

My system configuration are above the recommended requirements for the game, yet the game does not launch.

I have PVZ Garden Warefare 2 and it works on the same PC without any issues.

I bought PVZ Battle for Neighborville today and its been a great disappointment that the game does not launch.

I have tried all the steps mentioned by @EA_Illium but still no luck in getting the game going.

I'm happy to provide further details to help me resolve the issue.

@EA_Illium This issue is not solved!! I can't see how its been marked as solved when there is no proper solution given here.

Also, the person who has raised this concern has not acknowledged it as solved so how can this be marked as 'Solved'??

I have pvz 1, bought on origin, work fine until the ea app replaced origin, now i login on ea app, see the game, press play, it opens the window that it load and its loading forever and never starts
