Re: Infinity Chest item not received

There was an old glitch in the display of rewards which pop out of the various chests that you open during the course of the game where the actual reward would be received, but not shown.

The developers tried to put in a fix where the reward instead went to the Sticker Shop as a Gift Pack but they didn't adjust every chest to do this so the glitch is still around.

There is a workaround way to see what you've received if you don't purchase or open any Sticker Packs after the glitchy display happens you can go immediately to your Sticker Shop and select the "View Last Opened Pack" option; that should show you what you actually received  in the chest.
