After over two weeks on the forums, the moderators of these forums do not care. I am going to be quitting the game within a few days unless someone can get this fixed and I can get my legendary pieces. This game was fun until infinity mode which steals my stars and time. Also, unless I gather millions of coins to spend on packs, Infinity Mode is the only way to get legendary characters.

I would rather they just get rid of the red singularity it seems to cause the most problems. They should just throw that one out leave the green one it seems fine chases you around slightly and makes you move but the red one has the homing upgrade that rose used to have and I am getting tired of that thing killing me on the way to the chest, please get rid of it totally.
Well, Sometimes if you go higher then Wave 30, the singularity spawns like crazy, so try to just stick around Wave 25-28 even though it's not guaranteed legendary you have a high chance
Well, I stuck around till Level 28 tonight and then got destabilised. Game was over and I had 29k crystals to turn in. I spawn in the treasure area and notice the red singularity in the next spot over if I was multiplayer.... as I start tossing the crystals in, it meanders over and starts killing me. Since I'm locked in place, I can't even dodge. I still have about 18k crystals left when it kills me. I listened to the crystals continue going in and the chest upgrading ding after ding. Then it was over. Red singularity was sitting on my busted pieces. I couldn't even hit escape. When nothing else worked, I tried Shift + F1 and tried to join a friend... at which point the game crashed.
This is a pretty bad bug since it costs stars to get into IM. Someone from EA, please respond.
- Exact same thing happened to me tonight. 27000 shards and red singularity kills me while the shards are going into the chest.
Other player didn't get killed and managed to open chest I was stuck with nothing.
Game then crashed and had to be restarted. So frustrating. 5 stars down the drain and a possible legendary piece I am struggling to obtain
Glad it's not just me this has happened to - Exactly. EA seems to have any mods who care about how problems because after two months this unsolved problem has alienated me from the game. Two months!!! I should have six legendary pieces already, meaning I should have at least two more (I only have two). Recently I have quit the game because the lack of care shows how little EA looks at the forums or cares about customer service. If someone from EA can see this, I would find it amazing if you could somehow tell the programmers to fix this problem and also find some way to get the pieces back to those who have reported it. Really though, if you are from EA the only fun mode left is ruined and I want to enjoy the game, but the blatant disregard of care for the users and the preponderance of glitches throughout the game is atrocious.
On Ps4 it dosen't happen at all but I noticed that Xbox and PC Have this problem
And in the future(meaning quite soon) they will fix this till then just master your characters
