I have asked to have some input directly from the Community Managers on this issue.  In the meantime, my suggestion as a fellow player (not as a representative of EA) is to hold off on purchasing these upgrades for now, at least on PS4.  

This issue has been ongoing for a few months now.  It's become frustrating and I'm sorry so many of you are experiencing difficulties.

    I made a forum about this on tech and bugs and yes it's mostly ps4 users. There is a deluxe pack that comes with both in one and that didn't work as well so I would be careful as not to buy that as well.
