@Montaignes I get it but it isn't as easy as having people jump in and update a game of this age like it used to be. I can add my own game to the list too but I am trying to see what we can do for everyone so we can get you back into the game.
For those still running into this error, we need the following from you, please.

I completely understand, thank you for looking into it! Here is my report:
- Product: PvZ Garden Warfare 1
- Platform: XBox and PlayStation
- Which console generation do you have? SeriesX and PS5
- What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/EA ID? Montaigne (XBox) and Montaignes (PSN)
- Date/time issue first occurred? Started observing the error Monday Dec 11th after 9pm PST.
- What type of issue do you have? All multiplayer game lobbies across both XBox and PSN fail to launch and return the same error popup: "Matchmaking Failed. There are no available matches meeting your criteria. Please try again later."
- Which mode has this happened in? All 10 multiplayer modes: Welcome Mat, Team Vanquish, Gardens & Graveyards, Classic Team Vanquish, Classic Gardens & Graveyards, Mixed Mode, Gnome Bomb, Vanquish Confirmed!, Suburbination, and Taco Bandits.
- Which part of the mode? Unable to join ot create a new lobby for any mode.
- Summarize your bug: Start GW1, attempt to enter or start a new lobby for any of the 10 multiplayer game modes, observe error popup.
- How often does the bug occur? 100% repro, every time.
- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Start GW1 on Xbox or PSN, attempt to join any multiplayer game mode by selecting the "Search for Game" button. Also can repro by joining with multiple people at the same time to rule out the "not enough players" theory. Observe that you cannot even create an empty lobby.
- What happens when the bug occurs? 100% of the time the user will observe a brief popup that displays "MATCHMAKING. Looking for really great sessions..." and then after 20 seconds exactly the error will display "Matchmaking Failed. There are no available matches meeting your criteria. Please try again later "
- What steps have you taken on your end to resolve the issue? I have fully uninstalled and re-installed GW1 on both the SeriesX and PS5. I have verify my accounts are good by purchasing card packs. I have fully powered down the SeriesX and PS5 and rebooted. I have disconnected from my gigabit wifi and reconnected. I have played other multiplayer games like Diablo4 to ensure my multiplayer connectivity is good. I have checked my "Stickerbook" to verify all consumables are still present on the accounts and nothing was missing. I have attempted to change outfits and abilities on my characters through the "Characters" menu and that all operates correctly as well.
