Re: Legendary in town hall events

I did the same. Managed to get Unicorn Chomper and Z7 day one. I spent the last three days on Disco Chomper, Scallywag, Toxic Brainz and the three party variants. I am really glad I did because I found a majority of them underwhelming.

The coveted Unicorn chomper and the party variants in particular weren't that fun to play as. It reinforces the fact that players level Unicorn and never touch it again. (Then again with 5455 level to earn, and being a waste to level capped characters, I wouldn't get back to it for months anyway. Even if I loved it.) As for the party variants I'm glad I leveled them here so I don't have to grind my self insane with infinity time. Other than the party time music, (which was surprisingly delightful) they weren't fun to level. Pretty much basic variants with music. I also disliked Z7 to a lower extent, partially because I had to hit the trigger every time I fired. (Unlike most other variants.) Its fine for big damage characters, but the Imp does so little damage comparatively. Oh well, I'll end up with him anyway because I want those funny pixel masks everyone is wearing.

As for the others, it should be no surprise that Toxic Brainz, and Scallywag Imp were lots of fun. I'll end up with both of them eventually since I have to find Iron Citron, Computer Scientist and Commando Corn. I may give them a spin occasionally once I do, but with so many levels to earn it won't be often. Finally the disco chomper was just ok. Its a chomper, chompers do what chompers do. The speed boost bonus is neat and all, but not really justification to use it over a breath chomper or count chompula.

Anyway, overall a really fun event. Great EXP, fun game mode, oddly balanced teams. I leveled 8 characters and unlocked both Torchwood and Hover Goat. (Boy I was lucky this was event 4 for me, I can't imagine the Yeti hunt being #4.) I can't even count the stars that went to waste. Hopefully, I readjust to normal speed quickly. I imagine it will feel like walking in tar for awhile.

First, I dislike the "keep clicking" on Z7 but after play for a while, my finger is adjusting. At Elite and SuperElite, I was surprised myself by how fast I can clicking to kill under gravity grenade, especially when see enemies that keep bugging me. After master Z7, I actually like it since I can kill plants very fast and the clicking become like music to my ear.

For disco chomper, this guy is naturally heavy and slow so I glad I master it during this event.

For Scallywag, I found little bit struggling with his accuracy. Sometimes, I'm so sure I hit the target "box" but no damage happening. But his zMech is super awesome especially on close distance. It used to be slowest zMech but with super speed, it's a killer zMech at close distance. Chomper always try to bite my butt, but I can always spin around fast enough to give him the dead blow in his face. RIPssss
