There are legendary characters

You can't get them form the 75k packs. You unlock them from buying 35k and 40k packs. You also need to unlock the party characters from infinity mode. Infinity mode is unlocked by completing crazy dave and zomboss quest.

    Okay ill try to finish them up then. Just seems like I'm missing way too many to just be legendary ones. But thanks!
