Ok. The problem definitely has something to do with connectivity. The portal is open and available to go into, but it just doesn’t load me into the online games. I’ll have a look over the article

This issue was resolved - it was a server issue. This thread can be closed.
=]Hi there - just want to confirm, do you need Xbox Live Gold access to enter the multi-player portal? We see the portal in the game, but when trying to enter it, we see an error that you need to support multi-player. My boys under 13 are trying to play this. I change the settings on their profiles and enable multiplayer access. When one profile enters, it says it needs the leader. When the group leader enters, we get the multiplayer error message.
Any help or advise would be appreciated, thanks!
