@CaptainXbboyn99 Thank you for the extra info. 

I think the next steps that may help is to try wiping your local settings file. 

In Windows please close the game then go to your My Documents folder, then look for the Plants vs Zombies GW2 folder.

In here you'll find another folder named "Settings". It's worth making a copy of this to another location in case something goes wrong, then delete this folder. 

When you start the game back up it should recreate the settings folder from a default template, and hopefully that will help.

but really this game impresses me

last time i deleted the settings folder and it worked

the amazing thing is it worked for about like a week or something then it decided to cut the audio again

i mean idk what to do...i m impressed :/

Did wiping the settings a 2nd time have any effect?

You may also want to restart your system with a Clean Boot, mentioned earlier in the thread. 

yes i have already did it like 20 times

also i did restart like 4 times :D

As a test, can you grab a set of headphones? Any will do but if you have access to both USB and 3.5mm headphones those would be great to test.

Then pop them in, restart your laptop then start the game, and see if anything changes?

i still have the same audio problem with PVZ GW2 

i have completed all the previous steps and still nothing

i checked the mixer , i deleted the settings file i have done everything
