Ok Mt Steep Battle Chest 4
I work and don't have a lot of time to follow things here, but does anyone know if Battle Chest 4 in Mt Steep is crazy? It's the only thing i am missing from that region and i cannot even get close ...

@ToastedSarnie Jet i'm not brave i just don't have anybody to do it with!! I get so aggravated, i quit mid-game once i'm pretty far behind. Why continue. Sometimes (rarely), i am ahead for a good bit of time, but then it's like they gang up on me i'm screwed. And the spawn point is so far away i have to sprint like a son of a *, then wait to summon the oak.

I had totally forgotten about this mission, so I decided to do it again. And after a couple of minutes I realise why I was induced with saltiness upon entering this mission. This is definitely a terribly designed mission with a horrible plants AI.
My take on it is to definitely go as the Oak. You have plenty of HP and damage. Now, the way I do it is to follow the Plants AI, because that way you can revive them if they die AND you can eliminate the enemy zombies. Spam your abilities as much as you can especially against Super Brainz, Mech's and All-Stars. The second thing to notice is to head to your fellow Plants AI who are together. Sometimes the Chomper goes its own way and the Sunflower + Cactus stick together (yes they often split as well). The trick I use is to follow the 2 plants that are together AND get the sunflower on you who will heal you. Also, it means that the sunflower USUALLY doesn't go run on its own, which means you then have to follow the other 2.
With these methods, I just finished it with ease. Now, do expect some resistance because the plants AI is just utterly dumb. However, you should be able to do it in 1 try. Hopefully, this will help you! Good luck mate.
Edit: forgot to mention, I have the health regen upgrades on Oak. Also, use the upgrade after a kill increase movement speed.
Edit2: also if you die don't sweat it. Try to rush back to the spot with most Plant AI and turn on your Oak ASAP.

Homing Pea and the Gatling upgrade are all that matter. To be honest, I could use only the Gatling upgrade and be happy on this challenge.
