We need to see the whole thing. You can get it by clicking Save All Information and uploading it here or pasting it to somewhere like hastebin.com

Anyways, the error's driver version and the date you listed coincide with an AMD GPU (unknown model at current time)
Update the drivers here:
oh woops, here u go!~🤭

Also I installed what u linked and I don't think it did anything, game looked worse with glitches and the game still crashed with this

Your graphics card is well below minimum, and you cannot get newer drivers, however, neither of those is going to cause your symptom, just affect your enjoyment of the gameplay.

so what i can't play the game?

Minimum requirements already mean the Low Graphics settings, medium screen resolutions, and only moderately good animation rates (40-45 FPS). You are below that minimum, your screen resolution must be set lower, or you can anticipate poor animation rates. I do not think over-driving that HD 6670 is the reason for the DirectX problem, I do wonder whether you performed a clean install of those last drivers?

I agree with Gorath.
Try reducing the graphics options to the lowest options available.
Borderless Mode.
Cleaning the drivers and reloading is worth trying too.
If you do any overclocking to your card, try defaulting it to stock values. This error in the past has often been linked to the GPU's core clock speed. (On the flip side I pushed my old GPUs to the redline breaking point trying to get this error... but wasn't able to).
how do I Clean the drivers and reload them 😢

You uninstall what you have now, and then flush out any traces from the Registry. I've always used Ccleaner myself, a more general Registry tool, although there's something newer just for the graphics drivers. It's named "DDU" for Display Driver Uninstaller, and it may eliminate the first step when you would have used Windows' Device Manager to perform the initial uninstall.
"Reload", of course, now that you know the first half, just means to reinstall the drivers you had uninstalled, but going in "clean", should be helpful.
Tell me how it goes. I haven't needed it, I don't think (although I have a somewhat different driver problem of my own with my oldest, or next-oldest, old PC, and its own obsolete Windows OS!)
that sounds too hard and i will mess it up somehow and ending up worse than i started, im just not going to play 😢

It's a lot less expensive an option than replacing the now-elderly below-minimums video graphics card.

. . and THAT is at a bargain price!
I'm not spending 99 dollars for one game. Waste of my money to buy a game I can't play just because the graphics card is not up to date.

That has been exactly why PC games always have system requirement announcements widely distributed before games are released. Game developers will continue to push the bounds of the performance envelope, and old PC hardware will continue to become obsolete. That has been true since the game developers first began releasing games for X86 hardware back in 1982 or so.
