@BrianSRhody If you are still having that error, can you go to the following folder and delete the license keys you see there?

  • Make sure the EA app or other launcher is closed.
  • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
  • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%
  • Navigate to Electronic Arts\EA Services
  • In the license folder, you can delete all the files

As these are license files for older titles, you won't lose any progress or data.

Clear the cache for the EA app, and if the game has the option, repair the game and launch it again.

  • hi Ea_shepard  i have the same problem and tried your solution with deleting the license files and repairing the game, when i get the promt to re-enter the serial number i also get an error that tell me i dont have any internet connection atm.

    @Runik_th3_unique When you deleted the files, did you make sure that the option for all hidden files and folders was selected?
