Hello, EA Reps, it's happening again...
Yep, same here. EU console servers seem non-existent. I queue and end up in a game alone (same lobby each time) with myself (and on one occasion one other player)
@MikeyJohn2Sadly its an exercise in futility to appeal to EA reps. EA are either incompetent in being able to fix server issues allegedly caused by hackers that have been ongoing all year or they are competent but have no interest in doing so. They don't even reply to the many posts on this forum other then to say ...Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings ...blah blah etc etc When its patently obvious thats not the issue here- @Draigcastell I'm not sure I agree with you. Yes, the server side issues have been an intermittent yet persistent problem for years. But I don't think calling the EA representatives incompetent or unwilling to assist is going to help anything. This game is old, and I'd guess the maintenance of it's multiplayer servers are a low priority in EA's grand scheme. Also, I guess that the EA reps that show up on this forum only forward legitimate technical complaints to other relevant groups within EA technical support. I doubt they are the actual ones rebooting servers (or whatever).
I just feel you catch more flies with honey, rather than vinegar, so to speak.
Of course these repeated server side issues are frustrating. Of course the lack of acknowledgement of a persistent issue from the EA reps is frustrating. Of course it is maddening that cheating/hacking runs rampant yet forum users get spanked for "naming and shaming" lickity split but these server issues persist.
All I'm saying is that I believe we can be most effective when we remain polite and professional, yet firm, in our problem reporting and requests for assistance.
So...
EA Reps, can you weigh in here? Multiplayer server issues are happening again. Can you please help? - @MikeyJohn2 Yes you make good points, I agree my post was a bit vinegary but it was born from the frustration of the situation It would be helpful though if we had some sort of feedback through this forum
Same here, it's been going on for a good 4 days.
Thought I'd share this here. EA_Cath responded recently with this on another thread complaining about the same issues.

Thanks for finally reaching out to the community. I wonder if that means there will be security updates on the games that prevent hackers from crashing lobbies and ending rounds? These are the most destructive types of hacking/cheating and should be the top priorities. And if possible, will you solve all other types of cheatings online?

You may or may not really care too much about it, which is fine, but there are hundreds of fans of this game still. Even with the current handful, there are still several new players each day buying the game. We all just simply want these servers to quit busting, and more moderation on the game. IN particular, banning hackers or implementing some sort of anti-cheat against boss mod hackers and hackers that spam buffs. It's really tiring, and It's a dream to see it happen in the future.

Looks like they dont care and i feel frustrated they wont keep use informed what is going on and how long it will take.
Can not play multiplayer games on Garden Warfare 1 for days now! Is there no one that can fix a connection issue?

Currently trying to use all these helpful tips to make GW2 work but none of them do I still can’t connect to the servers it’s been like this for three days now.
