I didn't think there was an online version. There is one built into the game though.
From the Main Menu:
- Select More...
- Select Manual

According to the inside cover of the game, a instruction manual is conveniently located online. To view the game manual, visit http://help.ea.com. I did this and found no such manual for this game.
Oh? I only have Xbox One, figured they'd be the same.
It seems the pages of the manual are split up between different topics. The menu's dont seem very easy to navigate though.
Could always make a help ticket on that site asking where the manual is; they'd probably know better.
