Re: Pack 75,000 not available

There are some Sticker Packs which have a limited number of Stickers to offer to you; the Phenomenal Character pack can only offer you pieces of the original launch characters up to Super-Rare rarity and it cannot offer you characters associated with any of the expansion DLC or any character classified as Legendary or Special. Because of this once you have collected all of the characters which the Pack is allowed to offer you it will disappear from your Sticker Shop.

The other Sticker packs with limited selections are the Infinity Pack, the Fresh Organics Pack and the Wacky Weapons Pack; these are limited time packs which only show up occasionally and once you've collected everything they have to offer you'll never see them again.

So most likely what has happened is not a bug, but simply you owning all of the characters which the Phenomenal pack is allowed to offer you.
