You're very welcome, thanks for the DxDiag.
I ran a Benchmark, comparing your CPU to that of the Minimum Specs for Battle for Neighborville, and it looks like the one you currently have does not match up with the Minimum Requirements:

The System Specs are here: https://www.ea.com/games/plants-vs-zombies/plants-vs-zombies-battle-for-neighborville/buy/pc-system-requirements

Oh, I didn't even see that they had a page for requirements, my bad 😞. Is this the reason as to why my game just won't even let me open it? I ask because i have multiple games where my PC doesn't meet minimum requirements, but I can usually open them up and play them and have a steady FPS. I guess i'm just surprised that because of my CPU, the game refuses to open. Is this the final verdict to my problem, or is there anything else?
Thank you once again
No worries.
The steps that I've provided, are the only ones that I know of at the moment. Generally, at least one of them works.

Thank you so much for all your help, I'll look into upgrading some of my parts, and by the time the game fully releases I'll hopefully have this all sorted out, and I can play. If not, I'll make sure to tag you on this post and give you all the info you may need to help me look into the problem. Once again thank you, and have a nice day 🙂👍
