Re: Plants vs zombies garden warfare - co-op

I'm sorry but the packaging was deceptive at worst, and poorly designed at best.

The fact that most games do not require Xbox Live "GOLD" simply to play, that everything in this game is online at all times, means that exceptional packaging should have been used.  Customers should have been informed about EXACTLY how this game works.  It is not like other games.

Especially a game for kids, is not expected to confuse adults.

Customers are upset, and feel ripped off.  I am among them and I'm a gamer.  This game caught me surprise and buying an Xbox live gold account because my 10 year old son was begging me to play is simply not fair.  EA has really blown this one.  I feel cheated, deceived, and you'd better believe I'll be thinking hard before EVER buying another EA game.

In order to play online with my son (the goal of all this), we have to buy another TV, another XBox, another copy of the game, and another XBox live gold account.

This is not clear on the game, but it does directly state CO-OP on the package.  The expectations are not unreasonable.

Fine if XBox360 is not powerful enough then XBOX One should have PVZ Gw split-screen multi-player online CO-OP.

Halo does on the Xbox 360.  Maybe you guys could buy the engine they're using instead of informing customers they're not smart enough to figure out confusing packaging and unclear instructions.

Please pass long to the higher ups there a LOT of upset customers, and grumpy kids taking turns with their dads when everyone thought they'd be playing together split screen.
