I went ahead and ran it as administraitor and with moving it, and the problem I am now having is that installing that way causes the installer to fail and put put the following line into my DirectX.log in the Windows folder Currently "Location" is newer than the one being installed. (with "Location" being where on my computer, didn't feel like typing it out)
EDIT: I did end up finding a video, albitedly in Spanish though the instructions were easy enough to follow by sight. Instead of moving the files, which did not work for me, in the __Installer/directx/redist delete all EXEPT Dsetup.dll, dsetup32.dll, dxdllreg_x86.cab, DXSETUP.exe, dxupdate.cab, and then install from Origin normally. Not sure if it'll work for you but that's what ended up working for me.
