Re: please just leave the toxic pea alone

I don't know if in the previous game was op or not, ddn't play it. But i found him quite weak compared to other variant.

At least he helped me in my first week of the game to understand characters skill and maps without being too much concentrate at aiming.

  • The toxic pea isn't opt its just annoying being shot by toxic and not being able to recover. They nerfed the toxic pea in PVZGW 1. It used to take 32 damage and was reduced to 26. The toxic pea needs a splash nerf because all other peas have small splash damage in PVZGW 2 where in PVZGW 1 most had a good amount of splash.

Toxic pea is definitely more splash so precision aiming is less important. I don't feel it's at all over powered and really doesn't need a nerf. Fire pea felt much stronger in comparison.

Agent pea is ruthless if you are an excellent aimer and can land heads hots frequently. But not really so much if your aim is poor
  • The toxic pea has NEVER been OP even in GW1.  People just didn't like his splash radius.  Even a foot solider from sniping range can beat a toxic pea splashing him even if the pea gets a three shot head start.

    Low DPS, low shot speed.

They nerfed his damage from 32 to 26 he was opt before that nerf.

Toxic pea is fine as is if they try to reduce his splash radius then they need to look at the electrical engineer also he does the same range with his.
