I've been told, but cannot corroborate, that rainbow heal flower is the only ability being given, to those who don't yet have it.

As far as I know you do get only the rainbow heal flower for abilities, the other item in that pack is the swine disguise legendary hat for the engineer. I got 100k coin pack instead of the rainbow flower since I already had it. For the rest I got 2 50k coin stickers in each party pack and while I had 17 rainbow stars after buying the 3 chests and playing more Cats vs. Dinos the 50 rainbow star pack put me at 67/50 which I rather like to be sure.
