If your parent or guardian created an EA Account for you when you were underage, your account is a child account.

If you have recently turned 13* you now have the option to update (or age-up) your account to an adult account. This will give you full access to all Origin features.

NOTE: Underage accounts are for children 12 years and younger. When your child turns 13*, he or she will be able to age up their account to an adult account. *Players in Ireland must be 16 and players in Australia must be 15 to update to an adult account
