Re: PvZ Battle for Neighborville on XBox One: Requirements for Split Screen

If I remember correctly, there was a pop-up screen in game. We already had one EA account set up, and our primary Xbox Live account was linked to it.  We also had an Xbox Live sub-account which wasn't linked to anything.  So when they started playing the game, they'd use the primary Xbox Live account (linked to the EA account), and then try to start up the split screen co-op.  As the second player, they would select the Xbox Live sub-account (not linked to any EA account) and a pop-up screen would appear, telling us something about linking to an EA account.  Anyway, if you can generate this message, then there is a dialogue box in the "error" message that you can check, and then it will walk you through creation of an EA account to link to.  If you don't get the same in  game "error" message we did, then I'm not sure I can help.

Can you list the specific steps you did in order to resolve this issue? We just purchased this game with the intent of being able to play it in Split Screen Mode (like we did for the first PvZ Garden Warfare).

How does one create a second EA account (while in-game) to associate with my Xbox Live sub-account? I've even checked on the Origin (EA) website, but I don't see any way to do this...
