I have this issue quite often. I’m assuming you’re on console. Your internet connection is probably rubber banding. So your ping may show that it looks good but it’s actuall not. Unplug your console and router for a few minutes and try to start back up. If it continues try testing your connection through a website that will show your current speed and connection. There’s plenty of free easy sites to do this with, just google it. This happens to me a few times a month.

  • i am on pc my internet is 46.1 megabits per second download and 5.68 megabits upload i dont think my internet is the issue and i have tried restarting my pc but nothing seems to work

    Sounds like you also have fast fibre broadband Bro, you could try clearing your browser history, and running some clean up on old internet files, as clearing the cache helps,( but just delays the next server crash} on the Xbox, But as mentioned your tech is good, this is a common on PvZ 2 servers, but frustrating I now.
