You chose to omit almost anything useful that the community could use to offer you suggestions, and followed that up with nothing at all.  We have to class this as an abandoned thread. 

idk how to get ahold of you for help. but you seem like the kinda guy that could fix my problem. my computer wont start up the game at all. i press play. it darkens the play button. nothing happens and it lets me click it again. i have an alienware so i know i can run it. im playing bf1 with out problems. i sent you a friend request so add me and il give you all the info needed for you to help me

Personally, I do not visit the PvZ-GW 1 or 2 forums very often lately.  This thread's OP author started this post out without paying attention to the Self-Help nature of the entire website here on AHQ.  I'm quoting part of what I wrote to that member at the time.  It goes for you as well.

the same exact problem for me I have an Alienware so it should run perfectly but no I press the button it turns gray and acts like it is going to open it but it doesn't I have checked for updates repaired it and all that stuff even uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing
