@WithoutBatteries, do you still have access to your iPad game data?  If so, from the home screen click the cog wheel in the upper right hand corner.  Then select the tab Settings and then you should see a button in the middle of the screen that says My Account.  You can create an EA account there, or link to a Facebook account.  Once that's done, go into the app on your android and go to My Account and select your account.
