I was going to do this today and have my twin do it, but I noticed there's an option to include a screenshot/clip. Since I know video/screenshot evidence can be very valuable I'm going to hold off on doing the report until the turn of the month so I can get a video of the rank not resetting for arena if it occurs again. If it doesn't occur, I'll still do it then anyways as I've forwarded the same thing to the other people I currently know having the issue.

As for the other issue with boosts, I'm collecting screenshots starting this week, where I screenshot the weekly event menu which shows the currently available card + boosted heros. I'm planning to do such for the next ~8 weeks since at the 8 week mark getting the same hero all 8 weeks is a .1/10^8 (way less than 1% chance) so I'll go back and post those hopefully on a weekly basis so I can add them to form once I'm done (since I have to email the pictures to my PC). 

Would these both be sufficient for capturing both issues evidence-wise? I don't want to put this off, but waiting an extended period of time may help to capture to the scope of the boost issue particularly, and the arena resets monthly so it's hard to get frequent evidence.
