You will see that the codes you provided are each the same as the codes you used to summon the four guardians, minus the two blank tiles.  To summon the rainbow guardian, fill in the two missing tiles from each code in their respective spots.  If you no longer have screenshots of the four complete codes, you can fly a drone through each trial to take a new shot.
