If you do not use the correct player account, you cannot get a free download. Registrations are not tied to eMail addresses or to User ID names, but to the accounts. A Game Adviser can sort things out for you if you cannot. All of them are on Help Center, not in here on Answer HQ.

It will be miracle if I could only reach anyone from Game Adviser. I have only the code but unable to recall the player name created unfortunately. Wish someone out there could just help me with this which otherwise my experience with EA games will not be pleasant. Anyway, you have been great and I will treat this problem of mine resolved by you. Thanks, very much.
