Please be advised that this isn't a moderator "ban" this is an exploit that cheaters can use to effectively prevent you playing the game

The cheaters can corrupt your save so that you're no longer able to load the game

@Karlos194 I am aware it isnt a moderator ban. Community Managers only moderate the forums not the games. Games are a development team and Terms of Service issue not a forum issue so these issues are reviewed by those teams and not by us.

My mistake I misread your post, this have been a prevalent issue for a few months now and seemingly doesn't seem like there's an end in sight? While I understand you have done all you can do its quite egregious that I and others haven't been able to play the game for months that we paid money for (and is still on sale!)

Currently, there has not yet been an update on what will happen with the bans, but we ask that if this does happen to your account, please follow the steps above and send in an appeal with as much specific information as you can along with any links to threads.

Information about what the developer is doing, "*bleep**ing joke". 

they're still banning people, yesterday i could play normally the game, today, i get stuck on teh connecting to ea servers screen, i'm thinking on demanding them for not letting me play  a game i paid for if they don´t give me a refund
